EPA lead training - EPA RRP Classes

In addition to taking the EPA RRP Certified Renovator Class, the EPA asks you to become a “Certified Firm”. Even if you’re a company of one, you still required a contractor number and are conceived as a “Firm”.

As of April 22, 2010, only “Certified Firms” using “Certified Renovators” may do work on, or advertise to function on dwellings and units constructed before 1978.

ABLE Safety Consulting, a certified renovator firm offers EPA Lead Based Paint Training in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Maryland, Delaware, and Massachusetts — cost for certification training is $250. You better apply as soon as possible as they expect the awaiting time for approval to step-up drastically as a lot of people discover about this new federal requirement.
