All companies that carry out renovations, repairs or paint (RRP) jobs that disrupt lead paint in homes with other nurseries built before 1978 must be certified by the EPA. (Child-care facilities where children are just under 6 meet on a regular basis.) PVP rule applies to all projects within more than 6 square meters of outdoor projects more than 20 square meters all window replacement, repair or maintenance.
Renovations need to apply RRP and payment of fees to the US EPA. Submit requests for specific government agency if the State has a program approved by the EPA. Contact us at 888-926-4727.
